Rules Beta Feedback

There have been some very positive feedback on the rules so far. I have made a few minor changes and tweaks here and there, corrected some spelling and formatting errors. As of version 0.5.3, I feel it is very near completion. Thank you to everyone who has been supportive and encouraging.
